GmailFS

I wandered accross this while reading Slashdot this morning:

GmailFS provides a mountable Linux filesystem which uses your Gmail account as its storage medium. GmailFS is a Python application and uses the FUSE userland filesystem infrastructure to help provide the filesystem, and libgmail to communicate with Gmail.

Edit: Apparently this is blocked already. You could sign up for a GMX account and get WebDav and POP support with your 1GB of storage. I had to use Altavista’s Babelfish to translate some of the page and you have to give a semi-valid german address to register.
