WordPress Upgrade

by Marshall on January 5, 2005

Well, I upgraded WordPress to the latest CVS version. Version 1.5 supports themes and is a rewrite or parts of the package. I had to create a new “theme” which would make the site look the same. It’s almost done, but I have found a few bugs.

WP Hashcash
Spam Stopgap Extreme has been renamed to WP Hashcash. Unfortnately, it still refuses to work for me.

This is just a test–since I see WP-Hashcash is enabled.

What do you mean it won’t work for you? It’s working from this end! Congrats!

And my third test, with javascript turned off, doesn’t go through! So, it seems this should be working. Drop me an email with problems?

Well, if the author says it works, i guess it works. I read about a conflict with wp-blacklist, so I turned it off when I installed mine, could that be your problem?

Yea. It is working now. I was missing a call to wp_head() in my template.
