Apparently NW Washington was in a drought emergency, that was, until today. The forecast is for rain for the next week. Today I drove from Port Angeles, through Olympic National Park, stopped at the Pacific ocean, and drove around Hwy 101 loop to Olympia before returning to Seattle. My hotel is 2 blocks from the space needle. I walked around for a few hours while the rain subsided and snapped a bunch of photos.
